SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging program (“Program”) offered by MBR Construction, Inc. (“MBR Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Program Description
The Program is used to send text messages related to:
- Updates and notifications on your existing and future orders
- Updates on previous or current bidding opportunities, or notification of new bidding opportunities
Message content may include order status updates, project or estimate follow-ups, scheduling information, and notices about new bids you may be eligible to submit on.
2. How You Opt In
You are enrolled in the Program when you provide your mobile phone number to MBR Construction, Inc. — such as over the phone or in person with a member of our team — and subsequently reply to a one-time confirmation text message to confirm your consent to receive text messages. By confirming, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you consent to receive automated and/or manually sent text messages from MBR Construction, Inc. at that number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from MBR Construction, Inc.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active orders, estimates, and the availability of new bidding opportunities. You may receive multiple messages in a given month, or none at all, depending on your activity with us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges will depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of the Program at any time. To do so, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a one-time confirmation text message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will no longer receive text messages from us as part of this Program unless you re-subscribe.
If you wish to be added back to the Program after opting out, contact us using the information below.

7. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier coverage may vary, and MBR Construction, Inc. does not guarantee message delivery.
8. Privacy
Your participation in the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program, or these SMS Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective Date” above. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
